We designed and built Talvora for a physician who follows patients with metabolic conditions such as diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance and excess weight. Patients log glucose and meals from their phone, upload their lab work and ask an assistant about their meal plan, while the doctor reviews each record, writes an interpretation and shares PDF reports.

We picked tools the client team can grow with — fast on the front, predictable on the back.
The physician's proposal called for structured, long-term follow-up of patients with metabolic conditions. Daily data had to be easy to capture on a phone, each patient's measurements, meals and studies had to live in one record, and the doctor needed the full history to interpret progress and guide the diet.

We shape engagements to fit a defined window without skipping the parts that actually move the needle.
Sign-up with informed consent, manual glucose capture with date, time and moment of the day, and history charts for glucose, weight and metabolic score.
Meals described in plain text, with calories and macronutrients estimated by Claude and editable by the patient, plus an assistant that answers within the diet rules set by the doctor.
Patient panel and individual record with lab and InBody files, internal notes, and an interpretation and metabolic score issued by the doctor.
PDF clinical reports for the patient, logging reminders and email alerts for interpretations, reports and critical glucose, and a recurring subscription the doctor can turn on.
A few moments from the new site that show the refreshed visual language at work.

Talvora connects the patient's day-to-day logging with the doctor's review. Patients log glucose with date, time and context, describe what they ate in plain text and get an AI estimate of calories and macronutrients that they can edit before saving. The doctor works from a patient panel and an individual record with glucose, nutrition history, lab results, InBody reports and internal notes, issues an interpretation and a metabolic score, and shares PDF reports with the patient.
The initial scope uses text for meals and files for studies. Voice and photo capture, automatic extraction of lab values and device integrations are planned for a later phase. The screens shown use illustrative names and data.
We reply the same business day. No funnels — just a real person who'll ask the useful questions.
