ALLUXI S.A DE C.V. (hereinafter "ALLUXI") is a company incorporated under the Laws of the United Mexican States. Our registered office is at América 327, Colonia Centro, C.P. 64000, Monterrey, Nuevo León. As a visitor to our offices or website, or as a current or potential customer, you have the right to know what information we collect from you and how we handle it.

These terms apply to information collected by ALLUXI or on its behalf, including by its affiliates and subsidiaries. They cover collection by any means, including the ALLUXI website and any other site we operate.

Personal data we collect

ALLUXI may collect the following personal data, directly or indirectly: your full name, address, home, work, and mobile phone numbers, email address, occupation, and financial or property data. We treat all of this data under strict security measures to keep it confidential.

Some third parties process your personal information on ALLUXI's behalf. Every service contract with them includes a clause requiring the same level of personal data protection. In all cases, personal data is handled in compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (the "Law") and its Regulations.

Your ARCO rights

You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) over your personal data. You may also revoke the consent granted in this document. To do either, email us at hola@alluxi.com. Under the Law and its Regulations, your request must include the following:

(1) Name and address; if the address is not included, the application will not be considered to have been received. (2) The document that accredits your identity or the personality of your representative (copy of valid official identification). The representative must accredit the identity of the owner, the identity of the representative, and his/her powers of representation by means of a public instrument or power of attorney signed before two witnesses, or a declaration in personal appearance of the owner; (3) A clear and precise description of the personal data to which he/she wishes to access, rectify, cancel or oppose. (4) Description of other elements that facilitate the location of your personal data (website, branch office, etc.).

The documents must be scanned and attached to the email to verify the veracity of the documents.
